The University of Guelph is hosting the 14th annual Project Soy competition tomorrow, Wednesday, March 31. Project Soy (Soybean Opportunities for Youth) is an annual contest where students develop new products and marketing strategies for soybeans. The goal of the contest is to increase awareness and production of Ontario soybeans. The event will be held at Peter Clark Hall where judging will take place from 9am-noon. After that, there will be an open house until 2pm where the media, the general public and agricultural and food industries are welcome to view and taste the projects.
